We want to thank you and let you know how pleased we are with our new kitchen and dining room flooring. Innovative Flooring Design and Sales was certainly the right choice for us.

You may recall we were somewhat hesitant in the beginning. We had used the same flooring company for years and we were actually on our way to there when we passed your store. I'm still not certain why we pulled in; you are new to our area, we knew nothing about IFD&S and we generally rely on referrals from friends and associates.

Though you seemed very knowledgeable about the type of product we were interested in and conscious of our particular needs we thanked you for your help and headed on to our original destination. As you know we returned that same afternoon to inquire about your history and experience. You made us feel very comfortable and we made our decision.

Throughout the entire experience our expectations were exceeded. The flooring is exactly what we needed. The installers did an excellent job as you assured us they would; they paid a lot of attention to detail. The mess was minimal due to the precautions taken to protect the rest of our home. The work was completed as promised and the cost seemed very reasonable.

We would highly recommend you and IFD&S to anyone and would gladly be a referral should you ever need.

Scotty at Innovative Flooring Designs made getting our kitchen floor experience a success. After going to several other stores, we ended up at Innovative Flooring. Their experience with interior design helped us with our selection and design of our flooring. Their price was excellent and they are so nice; it was easy to decide we were going to buy from them. Then, after I installed the flooring myself, I dropped a hammer from the ladder I was on making a small chip. I called Scotty and he came to my house just minutes later and fixed the tile for no charge. That kind of service is hard to find anymore. Dear Scotty,

We cannot begin to tell you how totally happy we are with Innovative Flooring Design and Sales. We put off making any decisions on remodeling/ decorating in our home for quite a while primarily because we felt it was too overwhelming to take on ourselves. We then visited several design centers but were not impressed. Rich and I are so glad we walked into your showroom and met you. You took into account our visions, desires and budget, and worked step by step with us in putting them into reality. You assured us that you would oversee every step of the project and you did so. We basically remodeled the whole main floor of our ranch house putting in new hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the foyer (in a beautiful unique design) and in the hall bath, carpeting in the bedrooms, study and on the stairs, enlarging our stair landing with hardwood, adding new white six panel doors, moldings, new baseboards throughout the main level, chair rail in the dining room, and painting the entire interior of the house.

The meticulousness and attention to every detail shows in the beautiful craftsmanship and stunning results. We are thrilled with our home. Additionally, every worker that we met was extremely friendly, neat, professional and industrious. They rightfully take pride in their work and the end product was exceptional. Clair and Scotty were always stopping by, or were in contact with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We highly recommend Clair and Scotty for any home renovation or remodeling needs. As a matter of fact, we plan on using Innovative Home and Flooring Design again in the near future for work in our kitchen and master bath and would be happy to give referrals to any potential clients.
